FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
We will cover the cost of loss or damage of your order until it is delivered to you.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Please refer to the terms and conditions or contact the Artist directly to arrange a special delivery.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
We offer a full refund for any merchandise product. However, we cannot offer a refund for any special item such as framed or mounted prints or original artworks.

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O BOX?
Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. and B.F.P.O. boxes due to item size restrictions.

HOW ACCURATE ARE THE ITEM DIMENSIONS LISTED ON YOUR WEB PAGES?
The canvas stretchers for the original work is hand made and not machine cut. This is a crucial part of the creative process for the artist and ensures a first class product. However, there is no guarantee that the stretchers (the size of which is denoted on our site) is precise.

WHAT IS THE CLEAR COVERING ON THE ABSTRAT AND SMALL PEOPLE SERIES PIECES?
I have experimented with a UV protected specialist art lacquer which gives a fantastic finish on the original pieces of my choosing. This is unlikely to remain completely clear in years to come especially with exposure to sunlight.

WHAT IS THE LONGEVITY OF YOUR ORIGINAL PIECES?
The oil on canvas pieces are produced with artist grade oil paint and top quality canvas which is designed to last in original condition in the very long term. The originals are not treated, albeit a treating service is offered between 6 months and 12 months after the creation of the piece. Treating the original works will increase the quality of the piece over the long term. If you mark the painting try to use a damp cloth to lightly rub the mark.
